THE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP MODEL AMONG THE CORPORATE CULTURAL STRENGTH, EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Abstract

Based on the research results related to the corporate cultural strength, employee behavior and organi-zational performance, this paper summarizes the relationships between and among the three variables. With the support of the Psychological Contract Theory, it builds a comprehensive research model com-posed of the corporate cultural strength, employee behavior and organizational performance, analyzes and discusses the enlightenment and application of the model.
